WHY DO I NEED TO CANCEL WITHIN 48 HOURS?

We want to make sure all of our customers have the opportunity to book in with us. If cancellations don't occur within the 48-hour window, it results in an appointment that could have been booked by another client. So if you need to cancel please contact our Studio and we will do our best to assist you.

WHAT IS A REDEEMABLE SERVICE?

If a service is redeemable it means the cost of the service can be redeemed back on products. Our Make-Up service is $99 with $30 redeemable, so you will receive $30 worth of products of your choice. Our Make-Up lessons/workshops are $150 with $100 redeemable, so you will receive $100 worth of products of your choice.

Q: WHAT IF I CAN NO LONGER ATTEND MY MAKE-UP APPOINTMENT?

No worries! As long as you give us 48-hour notice we can refund $45 of your Make-Up booking fee. If we do not receive enough notice, your booking fee is not refundable or exchangeable.

Q: SHIPPING

All orders are sent to Express Post via Australia Post. Whilst we do expect express delivery within 1-2 business days from dispatch, we are seeing long delays in metro areas (3-4 days) and up to 6 days for regional or remote areas. You will receive a tracking number within 24 hours of your order being placed. We offer free delivery with all orders $100 and above.

Q: RETURNS POLICY

If you change your mind or the product you have purchased is not suitable, you are welcome to return your product to us within 14 days of purchase. The product must be in its original packaging and condition, and must not have been used. If the product has been slightly sampled, touched, or unwrapped, we can not offer a refund.

Why does IAAMU take a deposit payment for a Make-Up service booking?

Our Make-up services require a $50 booking fee to ensure our availability is maximised. It also ensures we have enough staff ready on the day of your appoinment to complete your make-up within your time requirment. You will need to contact us to secure your deposit and appointment.

What if I can no longer attend my Make-Up appointment?

Booking fees covers the cost of your booking and the cost of the Artist booked for your appointment. BOOKING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE.

Shipping

In the instance you need to return products back to us you will be required to pay for postage. Postage fees ARE NOT REFUNDABLE in the event you need a refund.
