No refund will be given if you change your mind. We are happy to exchange faulty or damaged products within 7 DAYS of purchase. You are required to show proof of purchase, and returns must be in their original packaging and unused. Unfortunately we cannot accept any returns where the original packaging has been ripped, damaged or discarded. If you require a colour match or want to view the product before purchasing for the first time, we offer a 15 minute consultation with an appointment only. ORDERS
All prices are inclusive of GST.
Once you have received your package, please inspect it for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. If you notice that any of your products ordered have been damaged, please contact us immediately by phone on 0438762233 or shop@iaamu.com.au
We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products and services on the Site, however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product or service descriptions, colours, information or other content available on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.
IAAMU only ships within Australia. Express shipping/delivery cost is A$12.00, free delivery with any purchase over A$60.
In the instances we approve a refund, you will be required to pay for postage to return the products back to us. Postage fees ARE NOT refundable

COURSE AND BOOKING FEES T&C
All course and booking fees and payments are not refundable or transferable.
Booking fees cover the cost of your booking. We block out an hour for your appointment, your booking fee covers the cost of the Artist
Course payments: Minimum weekly payment is $275 x first 4 weeks or above.
Any missed classes can be completed in a following group (all re-sit classes will incur a $50 fee)
